HeadTidy

Terms of Use

Last updated 31 July 2026

Pre-launch draft. HeadTidy is not yet trading publicly. These terms must be completed with the operator's legal identity and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before any payment is accepted.

1. Using HeadTidy

You may use HeadTidy if you can legally enter into this agreement. If local law requires a parent or guardian's permission, you must have it. Keep your account and device access secure, and give accurate account information.

2. Your maps remain yours

You own the thoughts, images, notes and other content you create. You give HeadTidy only the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, display and export that content in order to provide the features you ask for. Guest and local test spaces stay in your browser. Signed-in accounts also store maps and collaboration history in HeadTidy's cloud infrastructure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe anyone's rights, or use HeadTidy to cause harm. Security testing requires prior written permission.

4. Backups and availability

HeadTidy keeps a local working copy and, for signed-in accounts, syncs to the cloud with version history and recovery points. It remains a young product rather than a guaranteed archival service, so keep your own exports of anything irreplaceable. HeadTidy will not intentionally delete your content or make it inaccessible in order to push you to upgrade.

5. Product rights

HeadTidy's software, visual identity and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you a personal right to use the product, not ownership of it.

6. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using HeadTidy at any time. Access may be limited for serious or repeated misuse, security risk, or legal necessity. Where reasonable, you will get notice and a chance to export your content first.

7. Service boundaries

HeadTidy is a general organisation tool. It is not an archival, emergency, medical, legal, financial or diagnostic service. Verify dates, calculations, links and exports before relying on them. Internet, browser, device and third-party provider failures can interrupt access or sync.

8. Responsibility and liability

HeadTidy is provided with the care reasonably expected of a digital service. Nothing here excludes your mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory remedies for a faulty digital service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeadTidy is not responsible for losses caused by prohibited use, ignored warnings, unsupported integrations, or events outside its reasonable control.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Before accepting public customers, this page must identify the legal operator, address, support email, registration details, governing law and dispute resolution channels.
