weekly planner template
Choose meaningful priorities and make room for the week you actually have.

What’s included
- A small set of planning branches
- Priority and next-action prompts
- A calm end-of-week review
Plan capacity before ambition
Place appointments, deadlines, care and travel first. Then choose up to three outcomes that fit the space left. The Work and Home branches hold context; Must happen stays deliberately small enough to scan.
Review instead of rolling everything forward
At the end of the week, complete, reschedule, delegate or release each unfinished item. Automatic carry-over makes stale intentions look current and hides whether the plan was unrealistic.
If Thursday is already travel and Friday has a deadline, the map should not pretend there are five open workdays. Put “send draft by Friday” under Must happen, keep “research new supplier” under Soon, and leave a genuine buffer.
