What’s included

Track the fields that change a decision

For each service, record price, billing cycle, renewal date, category and the action you intend to take. Convert annual charges to a monthly equivalent when you compare the total, but keep the real renewal date visible so it cannot surprise you.

Review value before the renewal

“Used recently” is not the same as useful. Ask whether the subscription replaces a real expense, supports work you still do, or can be paused. Add the cancellation route or account note to the same card while it is easy to find.

Worked example

A €120 yearly service contributes €10 to the monthly view, but its card still shows the March renewal. Schedule the review two weeks earlier and write Keep, Downgrade or Cancel beside the reason.
